MarCom / Lead Gen Specialist

BOLTGROUP, a design innovation firm, is looking for a MarCom / Lead Gen Specialist. The ideal candidate for this role will know how to generate sales-qualified leads by following up on inbound leads, collecting account intelligence, and identifying and prospecting new customers. You will also promote the company’s services to existing and prospective customers through presentation building support and strategic use of social media, email marketing, and digital marketing. Ultimately, the successful MarCom / Lead Gen Specialist is both customer-oriented and detail-oriented and is perfect for someone who likes to be part of a team dedicated to great work and the company’s cultural journey.

The ideal candidate can work independently, but also coordinate effectively with our cross-functional internal teams (research, design, project management, executive) to deliver the entire customer experience.

Here’s What’s Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Solid experience with CRM/MA systems and MS Office
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Team player with individual drive, determination, and persistence
  • Capable of effectively managing priorities and time

And Here’s What Would be Great:

  • Experience in a design consulting related field
  • Knowledge of the research and development process for products, brands, and/or services
  • Creative problem solver
  • Experience in Adobe CC

Here’s What Else You’ll Need to Bring to the Party:

  • Bachelor or higher degree
  • Minimum of 3+ of in-house Lead Generation and/or MarCom sales experience
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience or in marketing, analytics, digital media, communications

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team to fully understand services offered and communication needs
  • Generate sales-qualified leads by following up on inbound leads
  • Identify and prospect for new customers
  • Lead processing and verification
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social channels
  • Develop lead generation campaign / program strategy and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive successful customer acquisition
  • Collect, analyze, and report on leads, opportunities, and sales to help identify ROI and KPIs on all marketing efforts, utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Assist with data cleansing in the CRM to keep customer data accurate and up to date
  • Analyze data and advise stakeholders on best practices, new opportunities, and next steps
  • Keep informed about the market, industry trends, new technologies, and the competitive landscape
