Matt Green

Sr. Industrial Designer

Matthew attended the College for Creative Studies (CCS) in Detroit and Strate École de Design in Paris, graduating in 2009 with a BFA in Automotive Design. He won a number of student design awards and scholarships—including the Michelin Design Challenge, Ford Motor Scholarship, and CCS Faculty Select. Matt then spent several years working for a range of companies, including Hasbro, New Balance, Polaris, Volvo/Mack Trucks, and product design consultancies before joining BOLTGROUP in 2011 where Matt has won numerous patents and design awards. A creative problem solver and empathetic researcher, Matt enjoys the entire process of design and learning about new product industries and design challenges. His passion is helping clients arrive at solutions that will add value to the world. Matt is also a lover of the outdoors and is deeply interested in sustainability as part of the design process, leveraging efficiency and thoughtful design as a value proposition for both the client’s bottom line and the long-term impact on our planet, Matt has completed certifications in sustainability and LCA including Cambridge University – Judge Business School Executive Education – Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies
