We’re seeking an Entry Level Graphic Designer who will contribute to all phases of brand design and communications development, from concept to implementation. Your primary focus is on conceptual design, refinement, and documentation of brand communications and solutions. You will work closely with strategists, researchers, and other designers to bring a wide variety of innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the timely and successful delivery of production / creative assignments according to direction and strategy
• Communicate justification for creative solutions and offer constructive criticism as a team member
• Participate / assist with development of presentations
• Contribute design support for the firm’s social media and business development needs
• Observe, understand, and ultimately assist with challenging client requests, creative problem solving, and troubleshooting

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
• 0-5 years of experience in graphic design 
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Resilient, flexible, positive attitude
• Well organized with good time management skills
• Motivated to learn, build skills, and take responsibility

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with professional social media management
• Experience with digital UI/UX
