With a sense of curiosity and a passion to build and create, Caleb studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He then went on to make an impact in glass manufacturing where he developed solutions to reduce glass defects in fiber optic cable. By working alongside operators on the floor, he helped address key safety risks by designing equipment and new operating procedures. Continuing into the field of material handling, he built relationships with top brands in automotive, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries to create custom ergonomic lifting equipment.

Working with others, solving problems, and living life has driven him into the world of design where he enjoys playing his role as an engineer, designer, and teammate to create a better experience for others.
