Marketing & Sales Associate
BOLTGROUP, a design innovation firm, is looking for a marketing & sales associate. The ideal candidate for this role will know how to execute marketing plans, conduct introductory calls with potential prospects, attend various events for lead generation and brand awareness, and coordinate and manage appointments. You will also promote the company’s services to existing and prospective customers through presentation building support and strategic use of social platforms. Ultimately, the successful marketing & sales associate is both customer-oriented and detail-oriented and is perfect for someone who likes to be part of a team dedicated to great work and the company’s cultural journey.
The ideal candidate can work independently, but also coordinate effectively with our cross-functional internal teams (research, design, project management, executive) to deliver the entire customer experience.
Here’s What’s Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid experience with CRM/MA systems, social media platforms, and MS Office
- Strong sense of customer service
- Team player with individual drive, determination, and persistence
- Capable of effectively managing priorities and time
And Here’s What Would be Great:
- Experience in a design consulting related field
- Knowledge of the research and development process for products, brands, and/or services
- Creative problem solver
- Experience in Adobe CC
Here’s What Else You’ll Need to Bring to the Party:
- Bachelor or higher degree
- Minimum of 4+ years of in-house marketing and sales experience
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team to fully understand services offered and communication needs
- Generate sales-qualified leads by following up on inbound leads
- Identify and prospect for new customers
- Participate in sales calls with members of the executive team to acquire new business and/or close on business
- Execute marketing plans developed by the brand team, including email, LinkedIn networking, and other social platforms
- Attend network events, trade shows and exhibitions, and industry conferences for lead generation and brand awareness
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients
- Keep informed about the market, industry trends, new technologies, and the competitive landscape
- Other duties, as assigned
