Like many beloved brands, Caboodles had a recipe for success but needed to understand how to maintain its legacy while appealing to a rapidly changing consumer landscape. After the acquisition of Caboodles by Pure Fishing, the brand needed refreshed guidelines, updated positioning, codification of our VBL to inform new product development, a CMF strategy, and an NPD strategy/pipeline.
