Every day, we see firsthand that external influence is dictated by internal behavior. Over the past several decades, BOLTGROUP has been able to work in a multitude of manufacturing industries, in countless capacities, because of our commitment to being a place that understands the value of people as individuals and as part of a team.

We have always been an organization that takes its time in hiring because, to be honest, we believe that we’ve got a pretty special thing going. Within our walls it is often said that BOLTGROUP is what you make it, and we believe that everyone that walks through our door has the power to make us more. We each have a responsibility to do our best to first believe, then commit to be united in our vision, mission, and purpose.
