Keith Dandridge

Creative Director, Product Design

Keith’s childhood consisted of building LEGO Technic kits while being fearful of roller coasters because he couldn’t figure out how the vehicles stayed on the tracks. That curiosity led him down a path of discovery, where function and creativity intersect. While attending a college tour for architecture, he just happened to noticed the sketches and prototypes for an Industrial Design program. He instantly fell in love with the process of designing for human product experiences while balancing tangible functionality and beauty. That pivotal moment inspired him to study Industrial Design at Virginia Tech.

Keith has been practicing design for over a decade supporting global brands. Some include Hoover, Dirt Devil, GARMIN, Briggs & Stratton, Remington Haircare, and Rayovac. From working with startups to designing for manufacture, Keith has been involved in the entire product development process. With over 10 design and utility patents to his name, Keith’s work is a testament to his dedication to blending creativity and functionality. Along the way, Keith obtained his Masters in Product Design and Development Management from Northwestern University.

As the Creative Director of Product Design at BOLTGROUP, Keith leverages design as a tool for solving user problems, pushing engineering boundaries, and delivering enjoyable brand experiences that grow businesses.
