Mike Garten serves as Senior Program Manager and has extensive experience in both corporate and consulting environments.

Mike began his career as an industrial designer at IBM. After designing award winning products, he moved into managing global product and software development programs. Because of his design background, Mike brings an unusual combination of design sensitivity and program discipline to projects. Not long after serving as Director of Project Management for BOLTGROUP for 11 years, he moved to the Pacific Northwest, where he built program management teams at TEAGUE and other product development consultancies.

Though Mike has a Project Management Professional certification, he still has a passion for beautiful, well executed design. He has given numerous presentations on brand development and project management, and has been a guest lecturer at the Virginia Tech School of Architecture.
