Bill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics at Old Dominion University, and then began his career with such companies as United Technologies Essex, American Yard Products, and AMF Bowling, refining his skills of product design from concept through production. As co-founder of SPARK in 1997, Bill and his team of talented engineers and designers have been strategic partners with BOLTGROUP for over 25 years, working in concert with our product development teams to design and engineer robust products that meet the needs of our clients and the end user. Bill is an accomplished mariner, and when he’s not working in the studio, you’ll find him on the water sailing.
