Bob Gfeller

Strategy Partner

Bob would have loved to make a living owning a miniature golf course, but he could not find the right one with the right windmill hole. So, he turned a different corner to be responsible for overall corporate and customer experience strategy connected to marketing and merchandising for Fortune 200 global product and service businesses. He has developed and implemented people-centered strategy that drove significant growth and returns for businesses he has led over the past 30 years. He has deep consumer, business to business, retail and people leadership experience through a career that has spanned the following industries and brands: Colgate-Palmolive household products, Nabisco snacks & foods, Coca-Cola beverages, Champion apparel, Lowe’s Home Improvement and its private label brands, and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center health care. Bob’s design thinking and empathy for the customer have driven him throughout his career to successful results for some of the biggest brands in the world. He holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.B.A. degree from New York University—Stern School of Business. He also holds a patent, as part of a Coca-Cola team, focused on “occasion-based marketing.” Just ask him about it and he will tell you more…
