Karen’s role at BOLTGROUP is multi-faceted and ever changing. She manages office duties ranging from accounting and administration to IT and HR—vital functions that ensure our world-class designers, strategists, engineers, innovators, and implementers are set up for success. Additionally, she assists with marketing and sales, website management, and social media. More than 20 years ago, she joined the BOLTGROUP family as a project manager on accounts such as Coca-Cola, Lance, Rubbermaid, and Kobalt Tools, before transitioning to the all-knowing, all-seeing, all-doing office manager position. Prior to working at BOLTGROUP, Karen worked with Harris Teeter in their Advertising and Loss Prevention departments.
