BOLTGROUP invests in pro bono community projects where our 40+ year history of design thinking and creative talents can have a significant impact.

Our Calling

At BOLTGROUP we are mindful of the designer’s role in bringing positive change to the world we share. This includes applying our talents to impact sustainability, community engagement, inclusion of the marginalized, and support of the causes we hold dear. Each year we invest in reduced fee / pro bono community projects, charitable endeavors, and studio tours for schools and universities where our 40+ year history of design thinking and our creative talents can have a significant impact. Some of the schools and universities that have taken studio tours include: Appalachian State University, Apprentice Academy High School of NC, CC Griffin Middle School, Central Piedmont Community College, East Carolina University, NC State University, University of Florida, and Virginia Tech. Mission: To foster artistic collaborations that will become catalysts for diversity and inclusion in the community.
